One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active jilino account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of jilino's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilino's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jilino account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether jilino had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilino makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

jilino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with jilino's dormant account policy.
• At your own request, including pursuant to a self-exclusion request.

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination — where termination is not due to a breach by you — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilino, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilino's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account actions, and Platform interpretation are final and binding in the absence of manifest error. Any complaint must be submitted to jilino's customer support team in the first instance, and jilino will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

jilino reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilino will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jilino's customer support team.
